CANTABRICO ANCHOAS TOAST

WITH TARTARA SAUCE AND TOMATO PEARLS

INGREDIENTS:

24 TOAST OF BREAD.

24 ANCHOVIES OF CANTABRICO.

300 GRAMS OF MAHONESA.

25 GRAMS OF CUFFLINKS.

1 JAR OF PEARLS TOMATO.

25 GRAMS OF TAPENAS.

50 GRAMS OF SOFT ONION.

1 TABLESPOON OF PARSLEY FINALLY CHOPPED.

1/2 boiled egg.

C / S OF TOMATO SPROUTS.

PREPARATION:

1. Put the pickles and barely in water for about 10 minutes, wash well and dry.

2. Peel the onion, wash and chop finely.

3. Chop the hard-boiled egg.

4. Finely chop the pickles and barely.

5. In a bowl put the mayonnaise, the pickles, the barely, the onion, the egg and the parsley, mix everything very well.

6. Put the tartar sauce on the toasts, the anchovy on top and finish with the tomato pearls, decorate with some tomato or onion sprouts.
