ZARANGOLLO RAVIOLI WITH PEARLS HORSE

INGREDIENTS:

8 COURGETT SHEETS.

200 GRAMS OF EARTH ONION.

100 GRAMS OF ZUCCHINI.

4 CODORNIZ EGGS.

4 POTATO SLICES.

C / S DE SAL.

C / S OF OLIVE OIL.

40 GRAMS OF PEARLS HORSE.

PREPARATION:

  1. Finely chop the onion and the 100 grams of zucchini, sauté with a little olive oil.
  2. Lightly iron the zucchini slices.
  3. Cook the potatoes for 10 minutes, dry and finish in the oven.
  4. Make a cross with the sheets, fill with the onion and zucchini, close forming a ravioli.
  5. Iron the egg.
  6. Put the ravioli on top of the potato, then the egg and finish with the mackerel pearls.
