MACARONI WITH PESTO PEARLS

INGREDIENTS:

• 500 grams of pasta.

• 5 basil leaves.

• 10 grams of pine nuts.

• 2 garlic cloves.

• 50 grams of dried tomato.

• 100 grams of parmesan.

• C / s of extra virgin olive oil.

• 1 bottle of pesto pearls.

PREPARATION:

  1. Cook the pasta, the time will depend on the brand we use.
  2. Peel the garlic.
  3. Cut the dried tomatoes into thick julienne strips.
  4. Julienne the basil.
  5. Crush the garlic, pine nuts, and finally the basil in a mortar. Ligate the pasta with the oil.
  6. Drain the macaroni, mix with the pesto sauce, the dried tomatoes and finish with the grated cheese and the pearls with the pesto.

COMMENTS:

They can be made with any type of pasta.

If the tomatoes are very dry, hydrate with a little hot water for 20 minutes, dry and sauté with a little oil.
