GUACAMOLE TOAST WITH SMOKED SALMON AND SALMON PEARLS

INGREDIENTS:

12 BREAD TOASTS.

12 THIN SLICES OF SMOKED SALMON.

2 SMALL AVOCADO.

1 RIPE TOMATO.

1 SMALL ONION.

1 SMALL GREEN PEPPER.

C / S OF OLIVE OIL.

C / S OF LEMON JUICE.

C / S DE SAL.

C / S OF CHICKEN CHIVES.

1 JAR OF PEARLS SALMON.

PREPARATION:

1. Peel and mash the avocado.

2. Peel the tomato, remove seeds and chop finely.

3. Peel the onion and chop finely.

4. Clean the pepper and chop finely.

5. Put the avocado, tomato, pepper, onion in a bowl, season with the oil, lemon juice and salt, mix all the ingredients well.

6. Cover the bread toasts with the guacamole, on top the salmon, the salmon pearls and sprinkle with the chives.
