TUNA TARTAR WITH WASABI PEARLS

INGREDIENTS:

300 GR. TUNA

1 AVOCADO

1 ONION

PICKLES

LIME JUICE

GRAIN PEPPER • SALT

SOY SAUCE

1 JAR OF WASABI PEARLS

ELABORATION:

1. Chop tuna, chives and avocado.

2. Marinate the tuna with ground pepper and soy sauce.

3. Marinate the avocado with salt, pepper and lime.

4. Assemble with the help of a round mold avocado, chives, pickles, tuna and finally decorate with Wasabi Pearls.
