AVOCADO SALAD WITH SALMON PEARLS

INGREDIENTS:

• 5 avocados.

• 2 red or tender onions.

• 2 lemons.

• 1 sprig of dill.

• C / s of white pepper, Maldon salt and extra virgin olive oil.

PREPARATION:

  1. Clean the onion and cut into brunoise.
  2. Peel the avocados and dice.
  3. Squeeze the lemons.
  4. Put the onion and avocado in a bowl, add the lemon juice, salt, pepper and olive oil, mix all the ingredients well.
  5. Serve with salmon and dill pearls.
