Producto formado por bolitas de unos 3 mm, de textura cremosa y coloración gris brillante. Desarrollado a partir esturión, ideal para combinar y aderezar todo tipo platos.

Proceso de fabricación.

Producto elaborado a partir de esturión especie y otros ingredientes, micronizado y sometidos a pasteurización, envasado automático, cierre hermético y conservado en refrigeración.
