Perlas Sturgeon Product Made of Sturgeon
Product transformed to small pearls of Ø 3 mm, with a creamy texture and a brilliant Grey colour. The product is made from Sturgeon, which gives a delicious taste with intense aroma, ideal for combining and dressing all types of food.
Sturgeon and other selected ingredients are reduced to small pieces. The product is pasteurized, automatic packed with hermetic seal and preserved by refrigeration.
Perlas Truffle Melanosporum. Product made of juice and Truffle Melanosporum.
